The hydraulic gradient of ground water is very gentle. The load carrying capacity of the soil is high<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column  w-80\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column phy-col1\" style=\"flex-basis:20%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" src=\"https:\/\/sgit.co.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/environment.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-342\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h2 id=\"topography\">Environment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>ASET is outside the sensitive zone of 5 kms as notified by the Ministry of Environment and Forests. The project has received environment clearance for development of its first phase of 21 acres of land<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column w-80\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column phy-col1\" style=\"flex-basis:20%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" src=\"https:\/\/sgit.co.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/water-body.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-344\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h2 id=\"topography\">Water Bodies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A network of water supply channels, and drainage canals pass through the ASET area. DN 6 Carries industrial and domestic effluents from a large area of Panipat and Sonipat districts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column  w-80\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column phy-col1\" style=\"flex-basis:20%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100\" height=\"100\" src=\"https:\/\/sgit.co.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/climet.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-347\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\">\n<h2 id=\"topography\">Climate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The climate of the area can be classified as tropical steppe, semi-arid and hot which is mainly characterized by the extreme dryness of the air except during monsoon months, intensely hot summers and cold winters. The winter season prevails from January to the beginning of March and followed by the summer season which prevails up to the last week of June.
